Recent program changes and enhancements
Note that not all builds have descriptive text associated with them. Generally, a build with major enhancements or corrections will be noted in the list below. If the current build is not explicitly found in the list, the implication is that it contains non-critical enhancements, new reports or other minor improvements. In other words, the download is more than optional. Builds that are explicitly listed below either have major new features, major corrections, or have a sufficiently large number of non-critical, but desirable enhancements as to make them highly recommended downloads.
Build 1203 - March 05, 2010. Enhancements to Lucero's RETS Client when the RETS Server requires additional search fields. Branch Period Comparison Report now includes GCI, great for comparing year over year branch office production. Referral Management now has the ability to search by the corresponding contract number. All listing agent merge fields have been extended to potential listing agents 2-4 for Showing email templates. Contact Lucero Technical Support for a complete list of merge fields. Short Sale reference fields added to listings/contracts and report criteria windows.
Build 1203 - February 05, 2010. Virtually all of Summit's reports can now be emailed when running the report. Additionally, more configuration options in the User Settings window allow for default settings on reports (preview, direct print, email and default email addresses). Restricted branch entry has been extended to listings. Contracts can now be "duplicated"; great for property management or new build agreements! Robotics indexing is now more seemless. Users can now add a coop office "on the fly" from the "new agent" button when entering a Showing Appointment.
Build 1202 - January 13, 2010. Users can now access the closing window on a closed contract via the "Check" icon to review Deferred Amounts and Agent Receivable amounts. Added "Custom Sort" options to Listing and Sales reports with a number of built in options for "custom sorting" the reports. Added the ability for "notes" on the Agent Commission Statement with options for same notes for each agent or individual notes per agent. Task Managment link to associated record (agent, contract, listing, etc.) is now stronger when updating the key date. Added option to Email Agent Income Ledger with a variety of ways to print/preview report and email.
Build 1201 - December 29, 2009. Lucero Wolf EX Integration now available. Agents, agent income, agent photos, offices, and transactions all transmit to Wolf EX while listings, listing photos, and clients are pulled from Wolf EX to Lucero Summit. Listing and Sales Browser can now be filtered by "flagged" records for easier identification for franchise reporting. Lucero's check printing capabilities have been enhanced. Lucero's RETS Client has been updated to allow for greater flexibility with various RETS Servers. Numerous enhancements to the User Settings window which allows you to customize Lucero for your specific operations. Advertising Management now has additional options for custom sorting and ad template building.
Build 1200 - November 23, 2009. Lucero Summit's Access Security Code is now based on producing agents and not all agents entered. Additionally, the Agent License Count report has been added to show which agents are applied to the agent count. Enhanced the Listing Tour with more photos and better photo handling when running the automated Listing Tour. Enhancements to Transaction Worksheet and Statistical Analyis of Sales allow for more flexibility when running the reports.
Build 1195 - October 15, 2009. Crest is releasing their next version of their software therefore it is imperative for all Lucero Crest users to update to build 1195 as soon as possible to remain compliant. A new "Quick Entry" listing window has been added to help reduce listing entry time. The user can dynamically switch between the traditional Listing Entry window and the new Quick Entry at any time with the click of button. Lucero Summit can now be configured to either remind the user to run a Expired/Expiring Listings report or automatically run, print and/or email this report on a daily basis. Contact Lucero Technical support (support@lucero.com) for further details on maximizing the full benefits of this new feature. A new 12 Month Aging of Agent Receivalbes report has been added. Media Images and their media information records can now be archived for better day to day operational management of media records. Further enhancements to Showing Appointment Management allow for more flexibility of emailing showing agents. Enhancements to the Disbursement Authorization allow agent checks to be disbursed to their home addresses. A "Foreclosure" flag has been added to both listings and contracts. Additionally Listings and Contract reports can be ran on "foreclusure" records.
Build 1194 - September 21, 2009. Enhanced check printing capabilities with the ability to specify which checks to print. Add the ability to customize the signature text on the CDA and it saves as the default. Agent Roster report can now sort by month/day of the birthday or month/day of the anniversary. Two new reports: Lister Sources and Agent Lister Sources; great for tracking listing sources to maximize listing leads.
Build 1193 - September 16, 2009. Emailing from Lucero just became more easier as there is now an address book in Lucero's email window. Open House email templates have been added for customizing email messages on Open Houses. Added lookup button for Escrow Offices in Sales Management for quick referencing of phone numbers, email addresses, etc. Enhancements to Lucero's MS Word Merge capabilities include merging of full property address and "business" entities as participants. Further enhancements to Lucero's Media Album including a new report which shows the overall sequencing of images. Added more options when importing data from MLS using RETS. Added a User Defined fields report for quick reference.
Build 1192 - July 17, 2009. All new Media Album for listings allows up to 99 photos per listing. MLS Interface has been enhanced for photo retrieval and additional field handling capabilities related to showing instructions. Full integration with the Lucero Crest Interface for additional photos is included. Various report enhancements, additional sorting and criteria selection has been added. Further enhancements for Document Manager for Lucero. Added the ability to digitally sign the Agent Commission Statement, great for emailing of the report.
Build 1191 - May 15, 2009. Document Manager for Lucero interface is now available! Lucero Summit has partnered with Document Manager for this offerring which seamlessly integrates the Power of Lucero Summit and Document Manager. Further enhancements to the Log Showings as Completed utility. Email subjects can be customized and individual email templates can be specified. WordŽ merge capabilities are now integrated into office records allowing easy form letter generation.
Build 1189 - March 27, 2009. Many enhancements to the user settings in Lucero to further enhance Lucero Summit's functionality in the office. Added ability to default an email signature to all outgoing email. MLS Number is now fully tracked in Sales Management, searchable and the ability to run reports via it. County has been added to both Listing and Sales Management. A complete Sales XML Export has been added to Lucero Summit for external data reporting. Further enhancements to Lucero Summit's Crest interface.
Build 1187 - February 9, 2009. Additonal updates to Showings Management for email merges, coop agent editing, appointemnt browser, and utilities. Greatly enhanced Lucero Summit's validation routine for sending data to Crest. Further refinements to Lucero's RETS interface for various data sets returned from RETS Servers. Strengthened Lucero Summit's backup routine to include franchise files. Rewrote Agent Comprehensive Ranking report to include Expired Listings as well as Volume calculations for all columns, a great report for tracking agent production.
Build 1184 - December 12, 2008. Greatly enhanced Showing Appointment Management: emails have more options, co-op agents can be updated on the fly (phone numbers, email address, company assigned to), more merge fields available. Various report enhancements: Commission Basis Posting Detail can include non-producing agents, additional criteria added to the Income Ledger Reports. Lucero Crest Interface 2.0 is in production which includes many new fields sent to Crest. Lucero RETS MLS Interface has been strengthened for property types and various return values from RETS Servers. The next generation Lucero PREA interface is in testing and we hope to release it soon to all Prudential Affiliates.
Build 1182 - October 17, 2008. A set of new reports has been added for Company Generated Leads. This works congruently with both Leads and Floor Calls as well as with Lucero Summit's Agent Achieve Interface to track conversion ratios, source analysis, zip code analysis, statuses and other critical information. Showings Management emails have been enhanced. Open House reporting has been enhanced and you can now print and/or email open house information directly from Lucero summit. Franchise reporting for Realogy, Prudential and GMAC affiliates has been enhanced.
Build 1180 - August 13, 2008. As always when updating Lucero, make certain to have a complete set of backups of data and any customized reports. Added check writing ability to contract forms window as well as a check register form. Lucero User Information Center, Lucero "U", allows users to quickly reference training, blogs, detailed enhancement, upgrade and other valuable information. Be sure to check the "U" often. Enhanced email templates for showing appointments and the ability to set a template as the default email message for various types/statuses of appointments. Listing agent is now automatically carbon copied on all email correspondance to showing agent and listing owner. Strengthened Weichert and Crest reporting system as it relates to non-service fee transactions.
Build 1178 - June 25, 2008. Added Private Comments field to Listings. Ad Generation can now include all listing images. Crest Survey flag added for C21 customers and numerous minor enhancements for data validation for the Crest interface. Report Groups have been expanded to include new reports, new email options and new date range options. Branch Period Comparison report added; great for comparing branch and company activity between 2 different date ranges. GMAC Franchise report enhanced for multi-office companies. Expanded Referral Reports criteria window for more thorough reporting capabilities. Strengthened the Referral Hunt capability so the "forgotten referral" is no longer "forgotten".
Build 1177 - May 5, 2008.
AgentAchieve interface added to Lucero. AgentAchieve users can now import their

Enhancements to listing XML export, it now includes agent contact information.
Report Groups can now be set to automatically email to specified addresses.
Bonus calculation routine added which allows easy calculation of recruting style
bonuses and it will optionally post it to the income ledger for complete
tracking. Numerous minor enhancements to reports for better sorting and color
coding. Generic file exports can now be saved for easier reuse of settings.
Crest reporting routine has been enhanced to allow great flexibility of buyer
current/future addresses and referral income reporting has been tightened in the
background. Build 1174 - March 3, 2008.
Enhanced Floor Call logging abilities and it is now easier to link additional
listings to a floor call. MLS interface is now stronger and checks both MLS ID
fields in the agent record for agent matches. Multiple updates to various Lucero
Reports and report criteria windows. Added the ability to archive Advertising
History. New Report: Agent Recruting production (reports->agent
reports->sales reports->Recruiting Production. Reports agents production
and their recruited agents' production. Great tool for tracking recruited
agent's production and same agent membership production for teams.
Build 1170 - January 29,
2008. Open Houses and associated details can be tracked; this includes
reports and the ability to generate ads withe open house details. Seven new
fields to Listing Management. Franchise Crest reporting is greatly enhanced to
include the new listing fields and open house information.
Build 1168 - January 11,
2008. Enhancements to Agent Goals and Summary report. Listing browser
search by property types is now more user friendly. Added ability to
default "Pendings Only" in Sales Browser. Lookup Tables now have their own
security and menu option. Ad Headers are now user definable.
Extended Accounting field name lengths. Added ability to generate 1099s
for co-op companies. Build 1165 - December 17,
2007. Added 2nd listing owner and Company to Word Merge
capabilities. Agent pager field is now user definable. Prorating
Units Commission Basis has been added. Agent Commission Statement and
Receivables Statement report emailing has been enhanced. Listing
Deficiencies report has been enhanced to verify a minimum number of listing
images. Added Complete Agent XML Export. Greatly enhanced Lucero's
MLS Import ability. Build 1157 - September 16,
2007. A major rewrite of the agent income ledger rebuild
functionality. It is now substantially "safer" as the user has the option
of restoring the original ledger setting and more powerful as the user now
receives a detailed report outlining any and all apparent discrepancies.
Franchise reporting features added for Coldwell Banker, ERA, and Century
21. Build 1150 - July 6, 2007. A
"threshold" build with a great many major additions and changes. As with
all new builds, there are countless small enhancements, improvements and
"fixes", especially in the reporting functions. Many of the changes are in
preparation for some extremely dramatic new features that are currently in beta
testing and soon to be released. Users that do not upgrade to build 1150
or higher will not have access to these new features. Some of the 1150
enhancements include . . . MLS number fields have been lengthened from eight to
sixteen characters, ad text limits have been more than tripled, agent commission
"deductions" may now also be treated as "bonuses" and handled accordingly, the
showing window email templates have been strengthened, there's a new label
generator for buyers whose agents are no longer with the company, many
additional reports have been added to the auto-reporting feature, floor call
reporting has joined other report menus in accommodating "custom reports", the
showing browser's search capabilities have been extended, functions have been
added to clean-up all look-up tables to eliminate duplicates and other spurious
entries, MS-Word merge capabilities have been heightened, the numerous agent
ranking reports have been enhanced with more output options, the "Productivity
Analysis" report can be run for groups of branch offices, listing information
along with advertising and web info can now be exported into a common XML file
for web site feeds, listing image handling has been extended, many franchise
reporting systems have been added and/or improved, and of course the big one
that everyone has been waiting for . . . Indonesia has been added to the list of
countries.
